Doraku Sushi is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area Support kitchen staff with light cleaning duties to uphold sanitation standards Follow proper food handling, safety, and hygiene procedures Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience is helpful but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and follow kitchen safety standards
