Position Overview
We're looking for a hardworking, reliable dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient during service. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that values clear communication, mutual respect, and staying cool under pressure. No previous kitchen experience is required -- just a strong work ethic and a good attitude.
Responsibilities
Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen tools, and small wares during and after service
Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Help clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces
Take out trash, recycling, and compost as needed
Assist with light prep or kitchen tasks if needed
Support the kitchen team by staying proactive and efficient
Follow all sanitation and health department guidelines
Qualifications
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Able to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Available to work evenings and weekends
A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
