Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting food service operations, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in fast-paced settings such as restaurants, hotels, catering events, or banquet facilities. Prior experience in food service or culinary environments is a plus but not required. Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates during meal service Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and setup Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated areas Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure sanitation standards are met Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods Assist with catering events or banquet setups when required

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety protocols is advantageous Experience with bussing tables or supporting food preparation can be beneficial Candidates with hotel or culinary experience will find this role aligns well with their skill set A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for success in this role
