Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with catering events, including setup and breakdown of food stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Note: This position requires flexibility in scheduling as it may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
