Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing meal items while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times. Support banquet and catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed. Buss tables. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service times. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the kitchen.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
