Responsibilities

Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies to support the kitchen staff Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is cleaned and ready for use Follow food handling safety standards to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy service times Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold high sanitation standards

Skills

Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude to contribute effectively to the hospitality environment Basic understanding of kitchen operations including cleaning, cooking support, and food service practices

Pay: $12.00 per hour
