We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dishwasher to become an integral part of our dynamic team within our open kitchen environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic to ensure that all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the smooth and successful operation of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and storage areas. Maintain cleanliness of dish area throughout the course of service. Ensure all kitchen pots and saute pans are properly cleaned and maintained. Clear and reset the dining room by bussing tables, thoroughly cleaning surfaces, and restocking plates, cutlery, and glassware to ensure readiness for service. Support overall restaurant upkeep and sanitation.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to communicate effectively with team members. Willingness to learn menu items and company standards. Possesses the strength and endurance to remain standing for extended durations while efficiently and safely handling the lifting and moving of heavy objects.
