Job Description

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Clean each dish, utensil, and glass for each guest Own your Dishwashing Machine - keep on top of supplies and equipment, while maintaining our chemical standards Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents Help create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment Be cleaner than clean - meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws Help with disposing boxes and packages from food truck deliveries Wear your uniform with pride Organize all dishes, containers, pans, etc. Assist with prep work when needed

Requirements:

Teamwork and leadership skills. Positive attitude. Excellent communication skills. Obtain a Food Handler's Certification. Ability to lift or carry at least 50 lbs.
