Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly cleaned and organized. This role is essential to support our food service operations, including restaurant, catering, banquet, and hospitality settings. Previous experience in food handling, cleaning, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our culinary operations, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed Support food preparation activities by ensuring all necessary utensils and equipment are clean and ready for use Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times Assist with basic food prep tasks when required, including peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and available Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions comfortably Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts as needed within the hospitality industry schedule
