Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing and sorting all soiled dishes.
Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
Ensure kitchen floors remain clean and dry throughout the shift.
Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
Assist with the timely storage and organization of food deliveries.
Regularly empty trash cans during the shift and remove full trash and boxes at the end of the shift.
Maintain and organize the dry storage area and storage shelves.
Follow all posted daily cleaning duties for the dish area.
Assist with basic food preparation and perform additional tasks as assigned by the chef.
