We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
Duties
Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Follow proper food safety protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen setting. A positive attitude and willingness to help team members in various capacities within the hospitality industry.
