What you'll do

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring all dishes and utensils are washed promptly. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving items are clean and ready for use. Buss tables and assist with cleaning dining areas to enhance guest satisfaction. Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service times. Participate in regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle food items according to proper food handling guidelines to maintain safety standards.

Basic qualifications

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment. Familiarity with food service operations, including catering and banquet experience. Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
