We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our food service environment, whether in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setting. Responsibilities

Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen throughout the shift. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and culinary staff. Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff. Help with bussing tables by clearing used dishes and utensils from dining areas when necessary. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic culinary skills is a plus; familiarity with catering or restaurant environments is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Understanding of proper food handling techniques and safety regulations in the kitchen setting.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
