We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed Support food preparation activities by organizing clean utensils and cookware Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts Help with basic food handling tasks when required, adhering to proper hygiene practices Assist in catering or banquet setups by providing clean serving ware and maintaining cleanliness during events Follow all sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Support the kitchen team with light cleaning duties to uphold a safe and organized workspace

Skills

Experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food handling, cleaning, and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, and basic kitchen operations is a plus Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting kitchen staff and servers Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Previous banquet, catering, or culinary experience is advantageous but not required
