Batch Gastropub is now hiring for a dishwasher

Expectations include:

- Ensuring dishes are clean and dry and restocking them on the cook line.

- Breaking down dishwasher at close and cleaning dishwashing machine along with surrounding walls.

- Taking out linens and garbage throughout the shift.

- Helping out cooks by getting food and prep from the refrigerator.

- Cleaning and applying oil to cast iron skillets as soon as they are removed from dishwasher.

- General cleaning of shelving and walls in kitchen area.
