Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dish / Bus team member to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining area and kitchen, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff.

Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces as needed. Assist in the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management. Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining environment for incoming patrons. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to follow instructions of General Manager, Kitchen Management and Front of House Supervisors. Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week during evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service are essential for success in this role.
