What You'll Do

As a

Disaster Restoration Estimator

, you'll be the trusted expert who inspects damage, writes detailed estimates, and guides our customers through the insurance claim process.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect damaged residential and commercial properties. Take accurate measurements and detailed notes/photos. Prepare clear, detailed estimates (we'll train you on Xactimate software!). Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and our crews. Help set realistic expectations and keep customers informed and calm. Support the production team to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

What You Need

Some background in construction, property inspections, or related work (helpful but not required). Strong communication skills -- written and verbal. Good computer skills (Word, email, basic data entry). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to get on roofs, crawlspaces, and job sites safely. Willingness to pursue industry certifications (IICRC, Xactimate -- we'll pay for training!). Must pass background check and drug screening.
