Provides day-to-day support to the Disability Operations Coordinator in the Testing Center, including:
Seating students, monitoring cameras during exams, collecting exam materials, and returning them to faculty
Answering the phone and reviewing general office email--responding to basic inquiries and forwarding others to the appropriate staff member. Assists students with scheduling appointments and exams
Compiling routine reports for the Associate Chief Diversity Officer
Requirements:
Minimum education:
High School Diploma or GED
Required Skills:
Familiarity with Excel
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Schedule (with flexibility and subject to adjustment based on needs):
M/W/F:
8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. & 2:00-5:30 p.m.
T/Th:
11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. & 2:00-5:30 p.m.
Finals Week:
T/W/Th/F 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. & 2:00-6:00 p.m.
Compensation: $15.00-$17.00
