WE ARE HIRING SUPERVISORS for our one of the DIRT DOG LOCATION! PAY IS $17/HR + Tips. Tips add about an additional $2.50 per hour to the estimate rate is about $19.50/HR.

A bit on Dirt Dog:

Dirt Dog is a Los Angeles Street Food inspired restaurant and is famous for our bacon-wrapped hot dogs and street corn. We first opened our doors in Los Angeles, CA on August 1st, 2014. We currently have 10 locations with 4 more being built this year. We are proud to be named Best New Restaurant by CBS when we first opened. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient inventory management in the restaurant. Supervise and train staff to enhance customer service and sales performance. Manage cash register operations and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate purchasing and stocking of supplies while adhering to budget constraints. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and employee orientation. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant setting Strong inventory management and control skills Excellent customer service and retail sales abilities Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers Effective team management and leadership capabilities Familiarity with purchasing and bookkeeping processes Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to negotiate and conduct employee interviews
