What will you be doing?

Month end close: Manage the monthly financial closing, consolidation and reporting processes for the wholesale business People leadership: Ensure a highly functioning team as a result of leadership, coaching and development of the team Manage ledgers: Oversight of ledgers within multiple brands that fall under the wholesale umbrella Wholesale financial system and reporting: Ensure reports and systems meet the needs of the account teams and end users of financial information Report on financial information: Maintain and communicate financial information to Corporate and Wholesale division management in a timely, accurate and consistent manner Review financial information: Ensure that unusual items and variances are identified, investigated, and communicated to management, as applicable Collaborate internally: Work with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team and Corporate and Wholesale division management to analyze results and divisional performance issues and carry out special projects, as needed Partner with Corporate accounting: Work with Assistant Controller and overseas offices to ensure that accounting treatment is consistent with GAAP and company accounting policies

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA preferred Equivalent experience 7-9 years of previous accounting or finance experience preferred 3+ years of public accounting preferred Good working knowledge of consolidations, financial reporting, and income taxes Experience working with foreign entities, as business is global Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance preferred Experience managing a team in a dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate with all levels of staff and management. Experience with SAP accounting software, including SACp, or equivalent general ledger system strongly preferred
