As a visionary Director of Technical Product Management, you'll be at the forefront of transforming customer needs into innovative, enterprise-scale solutions. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle-from ideation and development to deployment and post-launch operations-while driving strategic alignment with senior leadership. With a sharp focus on integrating AI tools and accelerating digital transformation, you'll shape product roadmaps, optimize support and services, and remove barriers to innovation. Your leadership will not only deliver measurable impact but also foster a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity that drives long-term value across the organization
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with our customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliverables, act as consultant, to propose business solutions, products, and services to drive change
  • Lead the development and operations of new products and services to meet customer needs
  • Manage a tech product development team
  • Participate in all phases of product development life cycle including deployment, post-live support, and operational support
  • Lead the delivery of a product roadmap and operations
  • Assist with Capital planning through the lifecycle of the product
  • Work with senior leadership to communicate product vision and performance
  • Partner with the business to identify and create strategies to improve products and services offered to our customers
  • Execute on the product vision and strategy
  • Lead Customer Support, Operations and Services post deployment and go-live
  • Integrate enterprise-approved AI tools into team workflows
  • Build AI goals into check-ins and development plans, and align hiring practices with our AI-persona framework
  • Identify and remove organizational and operational barriers to accelerate AI implementation

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergrade degree (BA, BS) in a relevant field (IT/Computer sciences, Analytics/Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business) or 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product development and product management or deploying large-scale tech solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in matrixed or complex organizational environments
  • 2+ years of experience working in a multinational company or similar global setting, collaborating across multiple time zones or regions
  • Experience working with IT systems, databases, and other related technologies
  • Proven practical expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, with a track record of successful implementation in product or project delivery
Preferred Qualification:
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
