Job Description

As the direct report and key operational partner to the Chief Privacy Officer, you will have ultimate ownership of the engine that runs our privacy program. You will lead a team and have the autonomy to set our privacy operations strategy, drive efficiency, and mature our operational capabilities on a global scale. You will oversee the full spectrum of privacy operations, from privacy impact assessments and governance to data subject rights and training. This role provides a unique opportunity to direct and integrate all the moving parts of a comprehensive, enterprise-wide privacy function. With a team of 12 professionals reporting to you (directly and indirectly), this is a chance to mentor managers, develop talent, and build a high-performing organization that can meet the challenges of a complex and evolving regulatory landscape.

or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.


Certified Information Privacy Manager (IAPP)

Preferred Qualifications

Deep operational knowledge of core privacy programs like PIAs and DSR.


A proven track record of building, scaling, and maturing multiple privacy operational functions simultaneously.


Demonstrated experience in setting operational strategy, managing budgets, and using metrics to drive performance and communicate value to leadership.

You will lead, mentor, and empower a multi-layered team of privacy professionals, setting the operational vision and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You will direct the strategy and execution of all core privacy programs, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Subject Rights (DSR). You will own the privacy governance framework, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our operations and reporting on program health to the CPO and executive leadership. You will act as the primary operational leader, driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, leverage technology, and scale our programs to meet global demands. * You will serve as a key advisor to the CPO and a partner to legal, IT, and business partners across the company, ensuring our operational practices are aligned with our legal obligations and strategic goals.
