Position Summary The Operations Director of Physician Practices provides management supervision to multiple physician practices. The director will be responsible for management, planning, organizing, directing and coordinating physician office personnel and activities. Collaborates and seeks guidance from the Physician Practice Administrator when making decisions about the daily and strategic operations of the multiple physician practices. Develops and works with all staff and physicians to ensure that practice goals are established and measured for attainment. Consistently seeks processes to improve efficiency in practice and operations. Supports the Practice Administrator by managing expenses and oversees all clinical operations including, billing, employee relations, and overall support of clinical care and community relations. The Director coordinates with the Practice Administrator and management personnel on matters relating to physician hospital privileges, clinical programs and community outreach services/programs. Works collaboratively with Physician Practice Administrator and Human Resources to provide guidance for staff related to complex office personnel issues. Provides reports related to management and supervisory activities, projects and special assignments concerning physician practices and assigned special corporate projects.

Requirements

• Ability to meet minimum hospital hiring standards
• Bachelors Degree required or comparable years of specific Physician Practice Management related experience
• 5-7 years experience in healthcare administration/management

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $101,693.90 - $152,540.96 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant\xe2\x80\x99s years of experience align.
