Wealth Management & Financial Advisor Recruiting Experience is Required for This Role



Base Salary:

Commensurate with experience

Total Compensation:

Up to $400,000+ (base + commissions + bonuses)

Location:

Fairfield CT / National (Travel ~75%)

The Role



Director - Partner Recruiting



This is a

travel-heavy, consultative sales role

for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction and knows the advisor recruiting game inside and out.

Key Responsibilities:



Travel up to three weeks per month to meet top financial advisor prospects nationwide Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings directly from the firm's CRM Present the Kingsview story with precision -- articulating advisor / client benefits, and cultural fit Log all prospect activity in the CRM with accurate data capture and stage tracking Convert qualified meetings into

Home Office Due Diligence visits

and ultimately

signed affiliations

Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and meeting strategy Execute disciplined follow-up processes ensuring no opportunity slips through Maintain professionalism and persistence in every advisor-facing interaction

Performance Metrics
