Provide
24/7 leadership and oversight
of OR, Preop/PACU, PAT, and SPD departments.
Develop and execute
strategic growth initiatives
to expand surgical volume and service lines.
Ensure compliance with
hospital, state, and federal regulations
, and uphold standards of care.
Manage
budgets, staffing, and equipment resources
to ensure operational efficiency.
Recruit, mentor, and coach
nursing and support staff to build a high-performing team.
Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and staff to promote service excellence and quality outcomes.
Lead
performance improvement
and
patient safety
initiatives across all perioperative areas.
Participate in hospital committees and foster effective communication between departments.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (
BSN
)
Active
RN license
(Nevada or Compact)
Minimum
3 years of leadership experience
in Surgical Services (Manager level or above)
Preferred:
Master's degree
in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration
