Job Description

CareSTL Health is currently seeking a Director of School-Based Services & Community Partnerships to be responsible for ensuring the successful coordination and operation of all school-based health center locations.

Duties:

• Works closely with school personnel, and other key community partners and stakeholders to launch, and manage school-based health center access points.
• Monitors financial performance and works to ensure that all school-based access points are financially sustainable
• Monitors and ensures that clinical and operational performance goals are achieved across all school-based access points
• Develops policies, procedures, and workflows to support operational outcome goals for all school-based health center locations
• Create, analyze, and present data and reports as relevant to school-based health center operations
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with rules and regulations that impact school-based health center operations, including participation in audits and the development and implementation of Corrective Action Plans
• Identifies, and creates new community partnerships and collaboration opportunities
• Performs general support activities and carries out special projects, and other assignments as required

• Advanced computer software navigation skills

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Health Administration, Education Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, Marketing, and Communications; a Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, Public Health, or Public Administration preferred.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in K-12 school environments, community-based health centers, or related program operations preferred.
• Other: Must have reliable transportation.
