Job Summary We are currently hiring a Director of Field Performance for our team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee multiple branches and/or onsite operations to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery to the core retail account base. At times, the position may encompass onsite operations in all responsibilities mentioned in this job description. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Manage weekly KPIs for the assigned region to drive activity and develop remediation strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Support recruiting initiatives with strategy and market research to drive applicant flow and order fulfillment improvements.
  • Works with Branch Operation Managers or Market Managers on P&L for branches within assigned area of responsibility.
  • Develops growth plans, revenue goals, expense targets, billing rates, and staffing objectives for branches.
  • Establishes and monitors assessment processes to ensure the standardized operating procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Oversees the development, training, and performance measurement of branch operations staff.
  • Manages the overall recruiting, screening, hiring, training, development evaluation, discipline, and termination processes for subordinate managers and staff.
  • Conducts performance reviews and makes compensation decisions for subordinate managers.
  • Tracks and documents managers absences and approves expense reports, within company guidelines.
  • Trains and educates branch operations staff on internal marketing relating to customer expansion and development.
  • Works closely with other team members to share best practices, development of processes and procedures, and evaluation of areas that affect our Operations teams.
  • Trains and assists Branch Managers in the sales process \xe2\x80\x93 goes on prospective sales appointments as needed.
  • Reviews Branch Managers weekly sales reports and provides feedback.
  • May assist with development of modification of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Training and development as needed in the markets.
Competencies Competencies we value for this role include Ethical Conduct, have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, have three to four years of staffing industry or equivalent experience preferred. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, customers, and the public. Ability to adapt and be flexible in regarding change in policies and procedures. Have excellent written and oral communication skills, have strong time management skills, excellent customer-service orientation, proven, strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment. Requires strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
