ABOUT THE DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
This position will oversee (5) concept locations. Your responsibilities include overseeing employees, improving customer satisfaction, developing and conducting training, and other managerial duties. The Director of Restaurant Operations is responsible for leading, developing, and making sincere and genuine connections with executive team members, location general managers, store managers and all hourly team members.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations
- Ensure all stores comply with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, product quality, and store cleanliness
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Monthly Location inspections

Sales and Financial Performance
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Drive initiatives to increase average ticket size, customer traffic, and overall revenue
o Track and grow PPA and Guest Counts
- Budgets and Forecast Management
o Ensuring scheduling is in line with budgets and forecasts
Team Leadership Development
- Recruit, train, and develop GMs and Managers and team members to ensure a high-performing workforce
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations for all managers and provide coaching to support professional growth
Customer Experience
- Ensure all locations deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores across your locations
Marketing with Community Engagement
- Execute local promotions and grassroots campaigns
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase brand awareness
Strategic Planning
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
The Director of Restaurant Operations reports directly to the owner. You will work side by side with our Director of Food & Beverage, Asst Director of Food and Beverage, our other Director of Operations, and our Director of Finance. A key to your success will also be working with our Director of Operations on other concepts.

Requirements:
Requires 3 years of Director experience of multiple locations, with positive financial results.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, and Business preferred. Combined work experience and education with be considered in decisions.
Servesafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.
