Job Description

This Director of Rehab position requires the applicant to hold a current Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, COTA License, or PTA license in WY.

We are pleased to announce a Director of Rehab position in our beautiful Green River, WY location. Prior Director of Rehab experience is highly preferred or, as an equivalent, 5+ years as a lead therapist in a SNF/Rehab setting required. This position is full time and operates out of our Green River, WY location.

We are near many exciting things to do, especially if you are an outdoor enthusiast. The Flaming Gorge Reservoir is only 25 minutes south, Jackson Hole 160 miles north, Salt Lake City 185 miles west, and several bicycle/four-wheeler/motor cycle/hiking trails around the area. We also have the world's second largest sand dune field approximately 25 minutes north. The area truly has its own beauty and appeal!

We are dedicated to providing optimum physical, occupational, and speech therapies to our patients. The Director of Rehab must hold a current physical therapist license. We provide a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive salary, monthly bonus, paid vacation, and health care coverage.

There are no 15 minute encounters, we do not schedule at 125% production, and we encourage our therapists to spend the time to ensure each patient receives the care they require.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
