Responsibilities

Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and expanding market reach. Manage large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Foster a culture of leadership by mentoring senior managers and empowering team members to excel in their roles. Experience

Proven management experience in a behavioral health leadership role overseeing complex operations within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning with a track record of translating vision into actionable plans. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships and alliances. Extensive background in business development, project management, and process improvement initiatives. Deep understanding of operations management principles combined with excellent leadership capabilities to motivate teams at all levels. Experience in implementing scalable systems that enhance efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
