We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

Director of Operations

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance overall performance and growth. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments such as logistics, customer service, finance, and human resources. Oversee business development initiatives to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. Manage large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget while meeting quality standards. Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve service quality through data-driven analysis and innovative solutions. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms that support organizational objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to assess operational health and implement corrective actions as needed for continuous improvement.
