New London Rehab & Care Center is a trusted short- and long-term care facility, and we're looking for a dedicated

Director of Nursing

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and support the nursing team with confidence and compassion



Oversee daily clinical operations to keep everything running smoothly



Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations



Collaborate with leadership to elevate care standards and outcomes



Foster a positive, growth-focused culture for staff and residents

What We're Looking For:

Valid

CT RN license

in good standing



Strong leadership skills and a steady, encouraging presence



Previous experience in

long-term care

is strongly preferred



Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
