Job Description

The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient staffing, and compliance with healthcare regulations, CMS regulations, and Office of Long Term Care. This role requires a dynamic, patient leader to guide the nursing staff in achieving excellence in clinical care, fostering a culture of safety, and promoting positive patient outcomes. The DON will work collaboratively with other departments and leadership teams to advance the overall mission and objectives of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
