Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our medical staff. This leadership role is ideal for a compassionate and strategic professional with a strong background in nursing administration, compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and effective support for medical personnel. Ensure all nursing staff are properly certified and compliant with organizational and legal standards. Develop and revise policies to continuously improve patient care quality. Implement and oversee quality improvement programs to enhance service delivery. Ensure thorough documentation in all patient care plans to support appropriate treatment and care. Foster a collaborative and communicative environment across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Valid RN license. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a nursing supervisory role. Experience in long-term care (LTC) nursing preferred. Familiarity with NHS and government healthcare regulations. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in EHR systems and understanding of HIPAA compliance. Experience in assisted living, hospice care, and acute care settings is a plus.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
