What You'll Do

Lead and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional care Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Onboard, train, and mentor nursing personnel Oversee care planning, quality assurance, and risk management Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care teams
###

Requirements

Current

Registered Nurse (RN) license

in Colorado or a compact state Graduate of an accredited nursing school Previous leadership experience in long-term care (other qualifying experience considered) Strong communication and team-building skills A passion for resident-centered care
