We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Nursing. We are looking for an individual with a previous record of successful clinical management for a skilled nursing facility, measured by few or no violations, stable staffing, and above-average census and reimbursements. This individual will be responsible for the following:

Monitoring care to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, monitoring and managing nursing system compliance. Ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident care services. Management of nursing staff, quality staff development and overall HR quality and staff morale. Development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction and achieve high customer service ratings.
This position does require an active Registered Nurse License in the State of Illinois. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
