What You'll Do

Oversee and manage daily wellness operations for the community. Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care team members, ensuring the highest standards of service and resident care. Coordinate assessments, care plans, and communication with residents, families, and physicians. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Support a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with Hillcrest's mission and values.

What We're Looking For

Current LPN license in Nebraska (required). Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused mindset.
