Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all nursing services and staff within the facility. Ensure high-quality patient care is delivered in compliance with state regulations and company policies. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the nursing department. Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and ensure the proper documentation of patient care and treatment plans. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment within the nursing department.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Pennsylvania. Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role in long-term care or skilled nursing settings. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including state and federal laws. Ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
