Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing team. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff. + Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resident care. Monitor and manage budgets and resources. Address and resolve nursing care issues. Promote a positive and effective work environment.

Qualifications:

RN license in Pennsylvania. Experience as a Director of Nursing (DON). Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work well with everyone, even in busy situations.
