About the Role:
As the Director of Nursing, you will lead and manage our nursing department with passion and precision. You will define and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional resident care. Your leadership will inspire and empower a dedicated clinical team to deliver outstanding service and compassionate support every day.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and maintain nursing practice standards within the facility
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Lead, oversee, and support all nursing staff through planning, education, supervision, and evaluation
• Verify staff competency and provide ongoing training to maintain excellence
• Manage nursing department operations efficiently within budgetary guidelines
• Oversee health and wellness of residents via consistent monitoring and communication
• Navigate and apply state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership experience preferred
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage your team
• Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex operations
