Job Description

Director of Nursing - Hospice / Adults the Director of Nursing will provide a full range of hospice nursing care to patients and families. This position monitors patient's medical conditions and provides accurate reports to the attending physician and the Interdisciplinary Team. The DON will oversee and supervise field staff, chart reviews, and assist in maintaining the agency's compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

Current RN license for the State of Nevada required. RN experience as a case manager, supervisor, or director of nursing, preferred. Hospice or Home Health care experience, but not required. Ability to multitask and lead a team of professionals Ability to supervise field staff Ability and willingness to admit, discharge, and pronounces patients.
