Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care. Oversee the development and implementation of nursing care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. Manage staffing levels and scheduling to maintain optimal resident care standards. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development among staff members. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, residents, and families to address concerns and promote open communication.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. Experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
