We are actively seeking a dedicated

Director of Nursing (DON)

to lead our award-winning nursing team! As the Director of Nursing, you will utilize your clinical leadership skills to organize and oversee all nursing operations of our facility.

What you'll do at Bridgeway:

Complete new and routine nursing assessments.*
Direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care.*
Schedule, direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (RNS, LPNs, CNAs, CHHAs).*
Oversee infection control policies.*
Create and maintain productive collaborative relationships with team members, residents and family members.*

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year DON experience Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey. LTC experience BSN preferred. Experience in memory care is preferred. Knowledge of Point Click Care is a plus. This position is predominantly Monday through Friday. Evening, weekend and holiday on call rotation required.
