Marketing Director

to lead our brand strategy, drive business growth, and elevate our market presence across digital and traditional channels.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of marketing, from brand management and digital campaigns to lead generation and customer engagement. This role requires a creative, data-driven leader who can turn strategy into results and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Manage brand positioning, advertising, and public relations to strengthen brand recognition. Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, digital adversting, email campaigns, and social media campaigns. Create content strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Leadership to align marketing with company objectives. Develop and track marketing performance metrics (including KPIs) and adjust strategies for maximum Return on Investment. Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and creative resources. Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies, especially how generative AI tools will impact digital marketing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 8+ years of proven leadership experience in marketing or brand management. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, analytics, and CRM systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans. Familiarity and experience with website design and tools is preferred
