The Director of Marketing will shape the next generation of the company's marketing organization, defining how Price Brothers shows up in the market, how it engages audiences, and how marketing contributes to business results. This role will bring together residential, development and commercial/retail under a single, integrated strategy that strengthens brand awareness, drives demand, and builds lasting equity.
The Director will lead a high-performing team, set the company's marketing vision, and establish the partnerships, systems, and structure needed to support long-term growth. Success will be reflected in a unified, modern marketing organization that connects creative excellence with business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute an enterprise marketing strategy that positions Price Brothers as a best-in-class owner, operator, and developer.
Translate business goals into clear marketing plans that drive awareness, lead generation, and measurable performance.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team spanning residential, commercial/development, creative, and digital marketing.
Build and operationalize a digital marketing function that acts as an internal agency-owning advertising, paid media, social, and analytics in partnership with external vendors as needed.
Develop the roadmap for paid media, SEO, and social strategy to ensure visibility, efficiency, and alignment across residential, commercial, and corporate campaigns.
Establish repeatable campaign frameworks, reporting standards, and creative workflows that enable the marketing team to deliver agency-level quality and responsiveness in-house.
Partner with Operations, Development, and Leasing to align marketing priorities with business objectives and project timelines.
Oversee brand direction and ensure a consistent story and visual identity across all portfolios and communication channels.
Manage vendor and agency relationships, curating the right mix of external partners to complement in-house talent.
Oversee marketing budgets, analytics, and performance reporting to ensure accountability and return on investment.
Strengthen internal communications, community storytelling, and recruitment marketing in partnership with Human Resources.
Serve as the strategic voice of marketing at the leadership table, helping shape organizational priorities and growth decisions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated success building and scaling an integrated marketing organization across multiple business lines.
Proven ability to lead brand, creative, and digital strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence at all levels.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Development, and HR.
Background in real estate, property management, development, or related industries preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; MBA preferred.
