dedicated to helping our community move better, recover faster, and live stronger. We're seeking a

Marketing Director

to lead our marketing, branding, and community outreach efforts as we continue to expand our presence throughout Helena and the surrounding region.

Position Overview

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive patient growth, strengthen referral relationships, and enhance Peak's visibility in the Helena community. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution -- from coordinating local events and partnerships to engaging directly with physicians, businesses, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, outreach, and public relations strategies to grow patient volume and community engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, referral coordinators, and community organizations through office visits, events, and education-based marketing. Coordinate and manage sponsorships, community events, and partnerships such as health fairs, races, open houses, and local fundraisers. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to guide strategy and report outcomes to leadership. Create cohesive branding and messaging that reflect Peak's mission, values, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

3-5 years of marketing or public relations experience (healthcare or wellness industry preferred). Proven success in developing and managing community and professional relationships. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools or software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel and community events.
