Midtown is seeking a data-driven, forward-thinking Director of Marketing Acquisition to lead our digital acquisition strategy. This role will own the full-funnel prospect journey across media, website, email, and SMS, integrating AI to drive personalization, productivity, and performance. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Creative, and Club General Managers to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, efficient, and impactful.

The team is based in our corporate HQ office in Chicago (3611 N Kedzie Ave.) and supports all club locations.
