Report To: VP, Inventory Management & Logistics

Position Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our Planning Team for all product categories across the Wholesale, Ecommerce and Retail business channels. Reporting to the VP Inventory Management & Logistics, this role will manage a team that is responsible for supporting the Open to Buy, demand & supply planning and optimizing our inventory.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and experience managing a team in a rapid growth and dynamic environment. This individual will be a critical contributor to the overall supply chain at Greyson and have a high level of collaboration with key business stakeholders. Strong forecasting, analytics and data management skills are required to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities



Build pre-season plans for sales, inventory and margin in collaboration with the budget built by the Finance team. Develop demand and supply targets for all channels, genders and categories to meet financial targets. Act as the key Planning partner to Merchandising and Finance: align financial plan (sales, margin, stock, receipts) with business strategy; reconcile merchant business plans with open?to?buy and inventory across channels Manage the Seasonal, Core and Seasonal buy process within the alignment of the Pre-Season targets, present buy strategy to leadership for approval. Partner with Merchandising to define core vs seasonal architecture; ensure SKU productivity across the range. Own channel-level receipt flow, monitor and adjust based on sell-through, stock cover, lead time variances, and markdown/back-stock risk. Manage in-season selling results and inventory implications. Develop strategic initiatives to productively turn through inventory and minimize liability Collaborate with Merchandising to align on markdowns, pricing changes, product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies. Identify product driven strengths, opportunities and recommended changes based on analytics. Conduct post-season hindsight's focusing on "what worked/what didn't" reviews and apply learnings for next season. Lead, mentor and build a high performing team of planners and analysts; define roles/responsibilities, develop career paths, coach for growth. Drive planning process improvement: implement new tools/analytics, standardize reporting and metrics, embed best practices across the team. Partner closely with Allocation Team to ensure strategies and feedback are seamlessly shared across both teams. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with cross functional partners throughout the business.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Planning, Merchandising or Inventory Management Proven ability to manage complex forecasting and inventory planning in a dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a results-oriented mindset Advanced Excel skills are required Experience with NetSuite is a plus
