This critical role will have the responsibility to lead the design, launch, and operation of MUFG Capital Analytics' Professional Services PMO to standardize project implementations, improve delivery predictability, and scale services for both external and internal clients. In addition to the PMO, this role will be responsible for a variety of Innovation Initiatives across MUFG Capital Analytics. This will include fostering a culture of innovation and managing projects that transform ideas into reality. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with teams to bring new solutions to fruition. A partial list of key responsibilities is below:


Identify opportunities to improve processes/ products Define mission, scope, service catalog, operating model, and governance framework. Create standardized project lifecycles, intake and prioritization processes, templates, playbooks, and quality gates for client engagements. Own portfolio prioritization, cross-project dependency management, benefits realization, and executive reporting. Implement demand forecasting, capacity planning, utilization tracking, and staffing models to align delivery with pipeline. Select and deploy PPM and reporting tools; integrate with existing MUFG systems to automate status, time capture, and dashboards. Establish stage-gates, change control, escalation paths, and audit-ready documentation for regulated client work. Serve as senior escalation point; align SLAs, onboarding expectations, and success criteria with account teams and product. * Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders across the business to support transformative business changes
