. Elderly Housing Management (EHM) is seeking an experienced

Director of Housing Management

to lead operations for more than 60 affordable senior and disabled housing communities across Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Director of Housing Management Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Regional and Property Managers to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee budgets, performance, and capital planning across the housing portfolio. Partner with the CEO, COO, and Finance team to improve outcomes and efficiency. Ensure compliance with HUD, CHFA, DOH, USDA-RD, and other housing programs. Represent EHM at board meetings and within the affordable housing community.

Director of Housing Management Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in housing or property management. 7+ years in affordable housing leadership or senior property management. Strong financial and regulatory knowledge (HUD, LIHTC, PBV, etc.). COS, PHM, CPM, or CMM certification preferred; Broker License or willingness to obtain.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
